Santiago Fernandez is one of the founders of the Hacker House, and is a top-rated programmer. He was the one who started selling the Hacker House products on the shadow market. Supposedly, he previously worked for Cross Applied Technologies. In 2058, he was approached by several Cross Seraphim, and hasn't been seen since.
