Madrid is the Spanish capitol, a city rebuilt in three concentrical circles after the Second EuroWar. The central circle is the home of the most important people in the country, and the Government institutions; getting inside it is tough at best, as security runs very tight. The second ring, the biggest, is the central "living" ring, and gathers most of the city's inhabitants in it. The outer ring is a hell broke loose; only the poor and the poorest live there, often people with nothing or even less; violence is commonplace, as are sects, cults and many of the worst creations of men.
Shadows of Europe features an entry for Madrid in the Spanish chapter.
