Keruba International is a defunct megacorporation that was one of the founding members of the Corporate Court. It was bought out and transformed into the megacorporation Renraku Computer Systems by Inazo Aneki. Many of Renraku's key assets were once companies under the Keruba International umbrella.

Keruba began as a consortium of military manufacturers. It started in Slovenia at the turn of the century, and was the first corporation to develop a commercially viable vectored-thrust vehicle. Due to a large local market in the Middle East, the Russo-Polish border, and Boznia-Herzegovina, the company became very profitable, and eventually diversified in the fields of heavy industry, global telecommunications, and computers. In the early 2010s, Keruba became an extraterritorial power following the Shiawase Decision.

Keruba, being a military manufacturer, has had a long history of military conflict with competing corporations. The conflict in 2011 against BMW was the impetus for the formation of the Inter-Corporate Council, the precursor of the Corporate Court. In 2013, Keruba had the dubious distinction of being involved in the first major skirmish brought before the ICC, a escalating war between Keruba and the ORO Corporation (which would later become Aztechnology). It exhausted much of its monetary and capital resources during the conflict and fended off takeover bids from Ares Macrotechnology, Saeder-Krupp, and Mitsuhama. The Crash of 2029 followed by the death of its CEO Kerpan Ubavie in a midair jet collision over Dulles International sealed the fate of Keruba, and it was bought out by a holding corporation called Renraku Holdings owned by Inazo Aneki. Aneki took the companies and divisions of Keruba and managed them deftly into the megacorporation of Renraku Computer Systems.
